Blake Hardy, APRN-CNP

Blake Hardy joined Allied Health & Chiropractic in June of 2018.

He received his Masters in Nursing from the University of Toledo in May of 2016.

Blake provides his medical expertise at several medical centers in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and is passionate about providing empathetic, patient focused care.

He also enjoys providing care via telehealth. In his spare time, Blake finds delight in spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and exercising.
