Our office is located next to Lutheran Hospital, and our doctors are part of the Cleveland Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic Health System Physicians Organization.

Our medical director, Dominic Haynesworth M.D., has close to 30 years of experience in general surgery and emergency medicine.  He also currently works at the St. Vincent Charity Hospital Emergency Room.  

Our team of nurse practitioners who oversee patient care, led by Kim Dahodwala APRN and Blake Hardy APRN are experienced, empathetic professionals who focus on physical medicine and musculoskeletal health. They are all fully credentialed with all major insurance plans, BWC certified and provide medication management, trigger point/joint/PRP injections and basic medical services related to your spine and joint needs.
